  1. I had one of these and after 2 years it was pissing me off so I pulled it off and my teeth didn't even move

  2. I have a bonded retainer, and I hate it. The glue comes off very easy, and than the wire stabs you. We spent a lot of money getting me these things, and they are garbage.

  5. No your teeth don't shift and the glue will break off it depends on what u eat.
